Web 2.0 tools allow students to learn to communicate and collaborate through online learning environments, at anytime from any location. Many of these tools are often being utilized by college students and they expect them to be integrated into their learning environments.
Web 2.0 tools have enriched the online, hybrid/blended and collaborative learning experience in higher education.
